Jessica Kennedy, RMT
Jessica completed her Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy degree at Sheridan College in 2015, following the completion of her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology at York University in 2011.
After being involved in sports most of her life, a season ending ACL injury put Jessica in Physiotherapy. This led to her discovery of Athletic Therapy, which combines her passion for helping others and her love of sports.
Jessica has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people ranging from the average weekend warrior to high school and university level athletes to professional jockeys and CFL athletes. Jessica recognizes the importance of incorporating the whole body in the treatment of any injury. With strong soft tissue and manual skills, Jessica incorporates these as well as an effective home exercise program into her treatments.
In her spare time, Jessica loves to go horseback riding, play volleyball, or snowboard in the winter months with her fiancé.
